I was going to swap the pairing from SAP Roster with the pairing from SAP OT and during the action noticed there are no pairings available to select in SAP OT (empty list). The setup setting was set to 'True' (Old open time).

Hi team, there is a problem on wishing 'day off days' if the vacation is in between 2 months. The agent blocked 3 days before her vacation and wanted to block 2 days after (in july). This must be made possible. If she wished for a dayoff on the 02jul18, the system triggers this violation: "Max Day off requests overlaping vacation week violation" Unfortunately , this is wrong. Agents are allowed to block a max of 5 days around the vacation time IF IT IS BETWEEN 2 MONTHS. | Problem resolved. |
