Now the name is changed when you update the access, assuming you have the user right to change protected filters.

If you roll out pairings for a station on a A320 for a whole of month. And then on the 15th the same month a A330 is assigned the same schedule with the pairing starting at the same base. The issue here is that the flight is operated with a A320 some days, and using a A330 on others, There is no limitation in creating a pairing for example on a A320 when the a pairing is already assigned on a A330 for that day. So double pairings can be created by mistake.

Constraint to avoid doubling up assigned pairings added.

When two roster notes are added on a day, only one is shown in the the mobile roster. And the second note is hidden in the web roster.	The problem occurred because there's a setting in the setup dialog called "PayrollDayNoteType" and you set a note type as it's value. This is used to record payroll issues and should not be selected when payroll is not used. So it was unintended use if this that caused the issue so it's not a bug.

When set-up 'AllowRoundtrip' is ON then data element rows 998/ , and if anything has been removed 999/, supposed to be added to ASM messages. 998/ and 999/ is added depending on actions done in schedule. Logic will be hard-coded. Rows 998/ and 999/ will always be in the end of the message, followed by a SI row (if applicable). 998/ means that a roundtrip has been added or that the flight is still in the roundtrip. 999/ means that the flight or a leg in the flight has been removed from the roundtrip. If it's not applicable then 998/NIL or 999/NIL is used. Whenever 999/ is added, then 998/ shall also be inserted. QQQQQQ will be used instead of route data if entire flight is changed. If only parts of flight is changed then route data with stations will be used. One message will be created for each flight in a roundtrip.

Added rountrip indicators for ASM: NEW, ADM, CON, EQT, RPL, TIM in RAIDO Cloud.

When you have a reference activity set up to use local time, the assignment is not correct in the gantt. The current result when clicking in the Gantt is that the activity is drawn starting two hours earlier (during summertime, one hour earlier during winter time) instead of at the point you click. In RAIDO Desktop you get the activity start time of where you click.	Assignment of reference activities with time mode set to Local Time has been fixed.

The sort order has to be flexible. Or they can just brig in the report to excel and use filter and sorting.

A Hr Log has been implemented in cloud which will log actions a user do in Open time and trade.

Crew create requests.
Requests are picked up, processed automatically by seniority, validated and awarded or rejected.

There are 3 types of requests:
1. Drop - pairing(s) to drop
2. Pick up - pairing(s) to pickup
3. Swap - pairing(s) to drop and pairing(s) to pickup

Each of these types can handle 1 or more pairings, i.e. you can pick up 2 pairings in 1 request.
Each request belongs to a request group. Request group groups 1 or more requests. Request groups are created by crew themselves upon creating requests.
Request groups are processed in order by request group number.
Request group is the highest rejection level. Single pairing is the lowest rejection level. That means if a single pairing from any request group is rejected, the whole request group is rejected.

Automation presents the result of the SAP* process before saving to database.
Saving involves dropped and picked up pairings and HRLog requests' status changes.

Duplicate flights can now be validated both in UTC time and local time when creating or editing schedule or ad hoc flights.

It is also possible to set the dialog to only warn about duplicates rather than to disallow them completely.

Sleipner will now check for duplicate flight numbers on the "OPERATIONS LEG CHECK" Automation loop. It will only check if the setup settings "FlightDuplicatesValidation" is checked for UTC validation and local validation respectively.

When you untick the active box in the HR profile the crew is not visible in the roster and is not considered in the payroll.
Now it is an 'all or nothing' setting.

Payroll wise the time line is 1-2 month after the crew resigned so the activities/calculation are needed to be accessible going back in time after the resignation.

Added for humanresource edit for earth and cloud. A datetime and button to change the valid to dates of an inactivated crew member. This sets Bases, Qual/Ranks and Special roles valid to dates if they exceed the newValidTo.
This will never extend a date, only limit it.
The feature is only visible on non-active crew, and the current user needs to be in a user group that has the "BRQ Inactivation" user right set.

Datepicker issue should now be resolved, there were some issues regarding the datepicker in the HumanResource Info dialog when pressing the "Set BRQ Valid To"-button.

During Irregular operations, the need for the schedulers to adjust the showtime after the scheduled flight time to accommodate required rest periods comes up. As the day delays for weather, ATC, or MX rest periods are reduced. The crew schedulers need to have the ability to adjust showtimes, often prior to the DX (Ops) team delaying a flight. Schedulers need to be able to have the crew member's schedules reflect the correct showtime after legal rest, so that they are notified of the correct showtimes prior to being off duty for the night. Current functionality this is not possible, and practicality of have DX adjust flight times before showtimes, is not something that we may be able to rework in our processes. Perhaps there could be a showtime override developed to accommodate this.

The way it should work:

1. Scheduler adjust showtime to get legal rest (rest now reflects legal requirement)
2. Dispatch then adjust flight time according to the crew's new showtime. (flight times then adjust accordingly)

This only seems to apply to deleted activities. Saving assigned duties saves as expected.

When looking at the December bid, we noticed inconsistancy with the data in the UAT enviroment. We have started to see flags start to pop up on crew schedules, but they do not flag in the task list.

Steps taken:
1. Ran HR wizard for Legality check
2. Hit refresh on the crew member's schedules
3. Hist refresh on the "task list".

We are trying to find out why it is requiring a push of information manually from the end-user by using "recalc" for the violations to flag on the Crew Gantt, and why that it self doesn't push the data over to the task list.

This seems to be what is causing new people to flag for things that we have already went in and fixed violations for in the system.
All cases, required someone to manually push the "recalc" for the flags to show, so there was no warning of violations until that happend on each crew member manually.

It is now possible to configure how often Task list should check for violations.

Training session SIM that matches to that training pattern has crew complement: 2 students, 1st instructor with special role SR1 and 2nd instructor with special role SR2
when running training pattern assignment wizard for student HR1 and instructors HR2 with special role SR1 and HR3 with special role SR2 the result will be an assignment to HR1 and HR2 but no for HR3

Expected:

Training pattern has i.e. 1 day and 1 activity
Training session SIM that matches to that training pattern has crew complement: 2 students, 1st instructor with special role SR1 and 2nd instructor with special role SR2

Added an indicator to Raido Fire when the user gets an incoming trade request. It is located in the top right next to the info button. Pressing the trade request icon opens up the trade board.

We have found an issue with the location of the Paybucket summary report. It is currently located within the Create Paycheck wizard. The issue is that the report generates only for the crew in the search results list and therefore will only generate values for those crew who are available to have payments created. For example, we cannot export any paybucket info for crew who are in 'Closed' status. We need to be able to run reports for all crew, even those marked as Not Payable, no matter what their report status is, and no matter if they are eligible to have a paycheck created. I suggest putting this into a "Reports Wizard" instead, and also move the Payroll User Audit report into this area.

I've added a checkbox that determines whether report or paycheck should be generated.
Since user now have a choice which mode should be used for generation I've merged "Generate" and "Generate Paybucket Report" buttons into one. The functionality is exactly the same, but i felt it looks cleaner and there is no need to have 2 separate buttons when the new checkbox separates functionalities.

The checkbox affects how items are filtered:

When a flight has a Return to Ramp or Forced Return and the scheduled ARR stations has another time zone than the scheduled DEP station the return to ramp ARR time are shown in the scheduled ARR Station´s local time. Not the Return to Ramp/Forced Return station´s local time

Example below on crew 55406 on the 24th JAN19

1 hour time different between the two stations

All BLH and Payroll calculations are correct so it is only a display issue in the roster.

Changed local time differences to use the actual departures and arrivals instead of the scheduled stations.

Instead of getting declined leg by leg for overlapping flights/station conflicts when the crew are trying to add something on top of a pairing that is already on thier schedule, can it be declined for the pairing conflict.

It cuts down a ton of confusion on what we are looking at when viewing Crew Initiated requests.

This concept should be applied any time a crew is trying to add something on top of an existing pairing on thier schedule.

Fixed reported issue. Whenever a pairing overlaps with another, the message should only display the name of the conflicting pairings.

The discard message in this request is misleading. We expect to see the discard message for crew #32472 to read: D5176 01FEB2019 already picked up by crew #12135. The current message is misleading as it is picking up information of the the other FA that was awarded pairing D5176/01FEB2019. This employee has nothing to do with this request at all, and in fact was not even part of the auto rostering process. By listing this it looks like this crew who is junior to #32472 was awarded the pairing, which would have been a violation of the FA SAP* process that is seniority based.

We now show the correct denial message involving only picks from the process

It needs to look the same way as every other pairing	Issue where pairing would contain a layover > 24 hrs, a full day of no flights or activities would result in a Day off "bar" for that day has now been fixed.

RSV Pilots are able to pick up incentive flying on days off if they are legal for it. I marked a CA trip that was in open time on the Gantt as the premium pay 200% then saved the pairing. I logged in as 16350 - RSV CA and tried to pick up the incentive flying. I saw in the open time window that it was an incentive trip, but I could not select it.	Pairings with incentive will again be selectable. The issue was the check for reserves only allowed to pickup in the Aggressive pickup period which blocked the pairing with incentive.

In Period Rules we have a time mode setting that is applicable to the Roster Period and Roster Release time mode.
We need to divide the time mode setting between Roster Periods and Roster Release .
If the bases/out stations are in different time zones for the roster period we have to be able to define that the roster period for the date Valid from - Valid to should be in Local time.

Looking at the setup in Mesa the TimeMode is set to PHX time. this is used both in the released Roster date period and for the dates and time for SAP*/Open Time etc.

Roster Period- If we use the TimeMode in the upper part of Period Rules dialogue to reflect the Roster Period
Roster Release - add a second TimeMode for Roster Release/ SAP*/Opentime etc.

If that is checked a flag "UnpublishedInOpenTime" is set. I have added possibility to unpublish a pairing in Earth. Please add the eye icon function in Earth too.

This is calculated per day in the selected period and per base, rank and qualification.

Any request that conflicts with a reserve activity should be declined for conflicts with Reserve Activity.

This will apply to Pilots and Flight Attendants in relation to OpenTime Requests.

This will apply to Flight attendants in relation to Line Reserve trying to trade in any form on top of a reserve activity.

This will apply to Pilots in relation to trying to trade in the following scenario (Line Reserve trying to add Pairing from Line Holder on Reserve Day).

This rule will not apply to Line Reserve Pilot Trading to Line Reserve Pilot because they can trade pairings for reserve activity after assignment have been made.

Reserve day is defined as any day having reserve reference activity on it. For Pilots; RSVA, RSVP, RSVS for FA's RSVAF, RSVPF, RSVSF.

Fixed reported issue. Whenever a pairing overlaps with 1 or more reserves, the message should only display the name of the conflicting pairing and the conflicting reserve activities.
