There is a setting called TrainingSessionViewsInFire that set what the user/crew are allowed to see
Crew will always only see their colleagues empno and their own status. While the instructor (if configured) can see empno, names, phone, email and status for everyone in the session.
(This is reported in good faith at the time of writing, we reserve the right to declare this functionality as degraded or non functional)
