It is of the highest importance that a flight is filed with a departure time that coincides with the allocated runway slot.

We have added a red arc for highlighting when there is a time difference between the STD and the slot.

In Voyage report, you can enter erroneous values for times as there is no validation for the order of block times, or checking the plausibility of time, date and BLH.	Validation is now in place for the voyage report. You can't save if times are in invalid order or if the flight time is more than 24 hours. The flight time is now taken into account together with the date, and you can't save a negative value.

In reference to automated reports, it seems that whenever more than one address is added to the recipients' list, the receivers won't be able to see who the co-recipients are in the received e-mail. This means that the only one who can know who the report is sent to is either the person who set up, or has access and knows how to find the configuration in automation factory.	A new setting called 'Send as unique' has been added to the Automation factory. If left checked it will act accordingly to the old behavior. If unchecked (opt-in) all addresses will be visible to all receivers.

At this point, the sorting of the crew with ascending last names works fine. Then if you switch to another HR filter, for example, first officers; the sort order gets lost.	Changing the HR filter now keeps the current sort order.

When creating a schedule with two sectors, and the last leg is crossing midnight past the last day of the season, there should be a warning in clear text. Currently, it displays "NO LAB ID 2111"

"NO LAB ID 2111", now displays "Warning, You created a schedule over the season" 2. Fixed mandatory fields, setting needs to be enabled in System Setup->Mandatory fields. 3. Corrected logic for buttons (Should be impossible to go to step 2 when the schedule is over the season, and the next season doesn't exist) 4. Added warning "You are not allowed to save a schedule for a period that lacks a defined season". Displayed when the schedule is over the season, and the next season doesn't exist.

Release notes

A Visa document did not show a warning that it was currently not valid but was to become valid a few days later.

The approach to defining the document's validity has changed. Radio now checks the 'Expiry Date' and 'Valid From' properties in the document setup, but the 'ValidTo' Property in the setup is only accounted for if there are no existing transactions added.

Then it checks the active and all the historical transactions (if any exists) to find out whether their 'ValidFrom' and 'Expiry Date' date interval overlaps with the activity's time index (usually activity start time/date).

If the 'Expiry Date' is not set on the transaction, the document will be considered valid perpetually. And if 'ValidFrom' is not set on the oldest or the only existing transaction it will be considered valid from the beginning of time.

Now the default note types are shown on top of the list and are automatically selected. If you set a note type as default, it will be selected and appear on top of the note-types list. If you add a new default, both will be the default and appear on top of the list. However, only one of them can be preselected selected. Also you can't have more than one default type, you will therefore for example not be able to add a default to roster notes if you have already added on in the activity notes.

We are trying to set up Block filter to filter out uncovered pairings by rank. Needed is filter option for CA, FO and FA It can either be a Block filter or a filter option in the Pairing gantt Tried to use Move function as well , but there is no option for Uncovered Rank. And I don´t think Move is the option. A filter is better. If you have no filter on the pairings to the left, showing all pairings, and select a filter in the pairing window more to the right, the system is unable to show the selected filter.

There now exist new properties on the pairing which can be used to create filters
They are built on the sort order which is set on the position in the composition see in yellow below

Right click on a crew member and use the Check (legality check) and the tab Details. When dialogue is opened the dates are in correct order. As soon as you scroll the dates ends up in a random order. The Forced assign Dialogue in Earth default to override. It makes it very easy to miss. If crew can´t be Down Ranked it should default to Passive If the crew can be Down Ranked the default is Low Rank, so that works.	Now the Forced Assign dialogue default to Passive.

When you are in the crew roster gantt and have pairing window on top and crew at the bottom, can we make the Deadhead icon to search for our own flights in the schedule and present them as an option to put in to a pairing? It doesn´t matter what AC type the flight is on or what Qual the crew has.
Now the crew schedulers have to change the view to flights on top, pairing window at the bottom, assign the flight as a deadhead to a pairing. Change the view to Pairing and Crew and assign the pairing

There is now a posibility to search for own flights to deadhead crew

Assigning ref activities with no pre defined start or end time and no pre-defined length. Assigning Deadhead transportation, which is defined with no start or end time and no pre-defined length, by dragging in the roster results in a five minutes long deadhead activity. If I start the dragging at midnight or drag over midnight it works and creates a longer activity but anywhere else in the roster you end up with 5 minutes. Assigning Hotel activity creates a 1 minutes long activity. Dragging over midnight and you get a longer activity.

You re not able to add any calculators/information apart from legality calculators to Legality Check on crew in the roster gantt in Earth. No info regarding Activity Start, CI Base Activity end, CO base etc can be saved. They exist in the list though	The problem was that Calculators were being saved by their DisplayName but retrived by their Name, these two are sometimes different; Name cannot contains cartain characters like " " and ".".

There is a claim function problem in Earth. Sometimes when you right click on an activity you don´t get all the icons like the Check in and the Roster Activity. If you release all the claims you get the icons again. The system thinks the activity is claimed. You don´t get the "Claimed by someone " warning though. And using roster activity action on flights, mark them, right click and select Roster activity action "Flight to Sick" , if you then use undo the flights just disappears. The only way to get them back is to re-load the entire roster.

There are several problems with Roster Activity Actions for pairings in Earth (it doesn´t work at all in Could)
* Sometimes (most of the times) when selecting flights or activities in the roster the icon for Roster Activity Actions don´t appear in the right click menu (Pic 1)
* When you get the icon and use for example Flight to SIC, you are not able to Save. OK button is grayed out (Pic 2)
* Using Undo after Roster activity action is applied does not work. You don´t get back the flights that was replaced with sick. They just disappear. You have to reload the entire roster to get them back (Pic 3)
* New Roster Activity action set up in Cloud don´t seem to be available in Earth

Reserve Flight Attendants are assigned duty based on fairness. Fairness is based on Credits and BLH for the roster Period. The reserve with less credits and/ or BLH will be assigned first. This is what is needed, (I discussed this with Per)
* Add an option/calculator to select crew based on total credits for the selected period
* Add an option/calculator to select crew based on total BLH for the selected period
* Add option to sort crew based on these (or more) criteria.The sort order should be applied to the roster
* Add option to select more than one criteria
* Add option to select order of the selected criterias, example Credits: Sort order 1, BLH: Sort Order 2
* Add option to sort the criteria High to Low or Low to High

Works in Earth The Admin Override when saving with warnings does not work if the user (with no rights to save with a warning) select a Violation filter in the roster gantt, that does not include the severity of the warning The filters you can select are the ones that are set up in the Task Manager Works fine when all Legality warnings are selected As soon as you make a selection that is outside the the legality warning(s), for example document warnings, you are able to save an illegal pairing

Issue fixed even if gantt violations filter is applied and violations are not displayed in gantt.
