With 2.1 we have migrated most of the reports to the latest version of Stimulsoft, the report engine. this means the much longed after possibility to export several reports without having to reopen the report dialogue is here, finally!
The reports not yet migrated are: Compare Schedule report, On Time Performance report and Rotation plan.

Accept SSIM files from different sources - synchronise with existing schedule

SSIM Import will load the selected SSIM-file into the system where you will get notified if there are data missing in the system like aircraft type or a station, so you can fix that and then continue with the import. Then you can apply filters to select what data to import and what data in the system it will compare to. If the system data is included in the filter and is not in the SSIM-file it will be removed from the system. Lastly you will get a list of the compare result between the SSIM-file and the system data and what will happen when you save it. Modified, new, deleted or unchanged.

Added a new Business Job - Notifier for notifying user (email or phone) according to predefined data (for the time being it works for CompanyActivities).

There is a new BusinessJob named: Notifier. Configuration looks as follows:

Green rectangle means what data should be taken into account - in example it will be all Company Activities with Delay > 2h (defined by filter). Data is taken from period defined in business job (in example - Current day minus 1 day).

Blue rectangle means recipients configuration. In the example it will be the group "All cabin", who will be notified by "TEST GK" com channel. Message which is sent to them is "TEST content" with title "TEST Header". In "Group" textbox we can define which groups (comma separated) will be notified (as a group I mean name of EmailType group or PhoneType group - as it is done in Exports in automation).

The generated message is stored in the Export Job table:

Previous Flight Nr, Next Flight Nr.

Crew flow is now added to the rostergantt. The tooltip has been changed for readability reasons to show a table with crew. An eye icon has been added to rostergantt. If clicked and select CrewFlow the crewflow lines will be shown and two new columns will be added to the crew table in the tooltip: Previous activity and Next activity.

Development Suggestion:
We could probably do this for each station or even station pair using filters but I think it would be very useful to add sorting/grouping/total functionality to the Schedule Summary Report, so the user only needs to set up and run one or two reports (iso many many reports for each station/station pair)

The default setting should be a User Preference setting and a tick box solution in the roster Gantt is needed to easily toggle this on or off.	A new checkbox added to schedule Gantt in Rosters: 'Hide Fully Covered Legs'. If selected all legs that are fully covered will be hidden; and if not selected all legs will be shown. A new User preference has been added: 'HideLegsFullyCoveredByCrew'. If set to true, the checkbox will be selected by default when you load the schedule Gantt.

Suggest that we use the Integration Message templates so you can configure a template that will be applied on each item in a list.
The following lists should be implemented first: CompanyActivites, HumanResources, Aircraft and Roster.

In Automation factory

Add "OwnExport"
"Template" should be populated with items from "Integration / Message Templates"
"Criteria" should be populated with filters based on what the "Message Template" type is
Two new dropdowns should be added: "Header" & "Footer", those should be populated with items from "Integration / Message Templates"

"Header" & "Footer" should be optional to use

When Sleipner is running the job it should do the following:
Apply the "Header" template on the data, apply the "Template" template on the data (repeated for each item in the collection), Apply the "Footer" template on the data.

The date time group on the DT line should always be used as the primary timestamp to find the correct flight in the timetable.

Note that times around midnight needs to have checks so it calculates correct full datetime objects.

Some messages, for example the above also contains a leg reference date (6026/18). There should be a setup setting if this should be used or not. If the message format doesn't have this field or if it's blank it should be treated as "Ignore" in the list below. The following options should be possible

Ignore – Don’t use leg reference date to find flight in timetable. The flight should be found searching for the flight with same flightnumber/callsign closest to the “Message date”. The “Message date” can be different from ValidFrom date of the flight.
UTC – Use leg reference date to find flight in timetable (leg.ValidFrom.Date). Date in UTC.
Local – Use leg reference date to find flight in timetable (leg.LocalValidFrom.Date). Date in local time of departure station.

The above should be applicable for all parsed ACARS messages; A80, DEP, ARR, M3*, etc

Changes in ACARS parsing to get correct DateTimes for overmidnight flights has been implemented.

Administrator Overrides :

Crew Tracker ability to override a warning with supervisor approval (also the supervisor should be able to do this using the end user's environment).
We need an Administrator level approval for certain legality situations which are illegal and flagging a violation. The admin user must be able to override with a password. (The violation does not disappear but it is stored in the system as status "Approved over-ride" for example. This is needed if the duty exceeds defined legality buffers.The admin approval should be stored in the system with Date/Time stamp and user details.These details must be able to be retrieved in the gui and in reports.
Note:
1. This over-ride function needs to be available from the end user computer on their RAIDO login. (The admin user should not have to go back to his/her desk to do this).
2. This is not required for example if a Legal Exception is required (which turns the violation off). This can be done by the end user.

Following Solution is made in Earth: In SETUP, a parameter can set on which violation level this save limitation should trigger, the parameter is called RestrictiveSaveSeverityLevel
When this is set only users with a userright can save crew rosters with this or higher severity level The right is called: Admin override illegal rosters (under Misc section) If a user lacks this user right, the user can not save a roster, a user with this right then have to enter username and password in the save dialog.
This will set the user with the right as the user who modified the roster. This only applies to published rosters!!

Company documents dialogue has been updated with the crew that should read the specific document and if they have viewed and/or confirmed the document.

Who should read what is decided by a human resource filter in Company documents. If no filter is set then all Human resources will see the document. There is a new dialogue called My Company Documents that will show the company documents that the logged in user should read.

In this dialogue the user can click on a button to confirm that a company document has been read. User right Company Documents will let the user add new documents that crew should be able to take part of. User right My Company Documents will let the user see the specific documents targeted to the specific user. My Company Documents is available in Cloud and Fire.

When the hotel is moved/swapped and you right click and edit, the hotel is still displayed. As soon as you save, no matter if you click apply in the edit dialogue before, the assigned hotel is gone.

Fixed the bug when a copied hotel activity doesn't have the assigned hotel name which the original activity has.

We have a filter that slots are only created for EE flights. However I can see on the gantt that some LO flights also have yellow buttons and they appear in slot wizard. When I insert a flight, the system doesn´t want to create a slot for LO flights, so in that sense it´s working properly, but the slot wizard has a lot of LO flights marked with yellow. These flights have been brought to Raido with SSIM import. It´s not a big problem to have them there but it increases the slot volume and makes the wizard also slower.
Steps to reproduce:
1.The "SlotCreationFilter" is to "WW flights"
2.Created flight with prefix WW.Slot Messages are created
3. "SlotCreationFilter" is changed to "Test" (Prefix to AA)
4. Move this flight. Slot Messages are not created, but After moving Flight has yellow buttons and I can see info about it in Slot wizard.

1. The idea is that when a phone number is entered in Active Directory (AD), we would send it to RAIDO. If a crew member changes his/her phone number, we would update it in AD manually and then AD would update RAIDO and other systems via API (single place of data entry). We believe it should understand If Priority and Phone Type is the same, then phone number should be updated. Right now it creates new records with the same Priority and Phone type.
2. Similar to option 1, email is not updated, but new record is created instead.

Changed algorithm for matching correct Phone and Email - both are matched according to Type and Priority.
