When dropping we check that
*the request is not violating any timeframes (closed before checkin etc).
*Net reserve is OK
*Legality

If the request passes those 3 checks the drop is saved and logged in HR log and a feedback message is returned to the user that the request was approved.

If the request is not passed then the request is logged in HR log and a feedback message is returned to the user that the request was denied and why.

When clicking drop a messagebox should appear with yes/no buttons so that the crew member will have the ability to undo if needed. Currently it says "Are you sure?" but we should add codes of pairing/activities to make it extra clear what they have selected.

Setup OpenTimeAndTradeSettings contain a selector for "Premium Legal Exceptions". If those legal exceptions are applied to a roster activity then the crew is payed extra, should match what is setup in payroll. Sometimes the airline will have less captains for example and then they will separate the pairing to only apply to captains. We add them in this setting to be able to flag them to the user so that they should pick them up, and let them know that they will get extra pay for this pairing. If a pairing in Open time Tab in current period has the LE that is setup in the setting, it should be highlighted, with a border around the pairing header, and use the same color as the LE setup. It should also have a description in the bottom of the pairing details, LE name. If a user picks it up - added to crews roster, it should also be displayed like that so that the user know which pairing is worth extra.

Mesa has a requirement to close Pairings that will be in Aggressive pickup period in 4 hours prior to the aggressive pick up window, to allow the schedulers time to combine pairings before the bidding window opens. Will be from 68 hrs to 64 hrs prior to calendar day when aggressive pick up opens. Setting added in period rules, where user can add amount of hours before Aggressive pickup start that is "closed". This means that the pairings that falls within this period is not displayed to the crew members in Open time in Fire. The crewing people can then go in and manipulate merge pairings that has been separated into smaller pairings etc.

Pairings that will be in Aggressive pickup period will not be visible to users between AGP start time and X hours before that (X from setting).

In OT, there is a datepicker in each tab (CurrentRoster, DailyOT, SAP Roster, SAP OT).
It is assumed that CurrentRoster, DailyOT tabs display the activities for the current period
and SAP Roster, SAP OT - activities for the next period (even those the datepicker (untouched) views current month by default)

However, it happens so that once dates are selected in some tab, it affect all other tabs.

Steps to reproduce:

log in to Fire as crew
go to OpenTime dialogue -> CurrentRoster tab
shows full current month initially
selected the dates to show from 14th e.g. and applied
it works okay for CurrentRoster tab

switched to DailyOT tab
it also shows only the activities from 14th
checking the datepicker in this tab - looks default
if to get back to CurrentRoster - datepicker looks default

changing the dates in DailyOT tab and apply
works okay for DailyOT

switched to CurrentRoster tab
not activities are shown for the dates set in DailyOT tab

switching to SAP Roster
does not show anything
only once the datepicker is set to next month and applied activities are shown

SAP OT tab seems to be not affected by this

Datepicker in filter and filter fields are applied on each tab separately. Switching between tabs does not reset filter values

Issue: When a user tries to open the new OT but doesn't have the appropriate special role and OT setting respectively the user experience an infinite loading of the OT roster and it looks like the user is actually going to be able to view it when in fact an error has been thrown in the background. Solution: When opening the dialog do a check to see if the user is eligible to view OT based on the special role and if not show a message that says "You are not eligible to view Open Time - Please check your settings" or something of the sorts.

In AutoRosterBasic (LegalityTimeSpaceModule), if there is an assign activity to a crew which does not have an Id (for example a deleted flight), LegalityTimeSpaceModule will throw an exception. This should not happen, instead this activity should be ignored.	Since we can not say in advance how we should handle activities with missing identifiers (can we assign pairings which overlap with them etc.), a warning will instead be presented to the user of which activity is missing identifier, and the program will stop. The user must fix the preassigned data before run can proceed.

Constraints should be flagged as "possible to validate" or "not possible to validate". If possible to validate they shall be checked on each individual crew before run starts. Especially day off constraints are easily set up in such a way that they can not be fulfilled, no matter the configuration of days off in the period at hand. For each crew and each day off constraint that is possible to validate, an auto rostering run should be performed, where only this constraint is used, and no objective function is used. If this returns a feasible solution, all is good. If it returns infeasible, then we report to the user for which crew/constraint combination the infeasibility occured.

If you run Earth autorostering on a scenario where MinXDaysOffInYDays, MinXConsecutiveDaysOffInYDays, or DaysOffIn3Months can not be fulfilled, you now get a warning saying which crew are invalid according to what constraints and the run should terminate.

The system evaluates the selected filters as of today's key date. ex: A PS worker is transferred to TS on 01 Sep 19 and would apply for a week in Dec 19. The worker can enter the week but still as PS MA, which leads to the wrong rank displayed, or the quotas are calculated incorrectly. Suggestion: The system should check the entries in the "HR Departments" where the employee is assigned. Goal: So that the quotas or the rankings are calculated and displayed correctly. Agent example: this is a general problem / applies to everyone

To award vacations, we have to open the already closed seasons again. Until now we have to hide the icons, then reopen the phase. When we're done, we'll have to open the phase again, show icon, and so on. There is a big possibility of forgetting something or making a mistake.

Suggestion:
A planner/admin may award vacations regardless of whether the phases are open or closed.

Goal:
We do not want a worker to register or make any extra days/weeks while we accept the weeks.

Vacation Award run can now be performed when the planning date in the season has passed.
