MT-1166 - Getting issue details... STATUS
Each legality library has a 'locked' property. This indicates weather definitions can be modified/updated; the default values of parent properties cannot be changed, as the fields are disabled.
- if this property is set to "No" then the current user can edit and update definitions
- if set to "Yes" the opposite case applies
All the rules contained in the client library inherit the locked property value from the parent.
- if inherited property is set to "No" then changes can be made to rule definition
- if inherited property is set to "Yes" the opposite case applies and current user is unable to edit locked definitions being prompted an alert message stating so, except when user has SuperUser rights.
