Overview
Each legality library definition has a 'locked' property. This , this indicates weather definitions can be modified/updated; the .
The default values of parent parent (client library) properties cannot be changed, as the fields are disabled.
- if this property is set to "No" then the current user can edit and update definitions
- if set to "Yes" the opposite case applies

All the rules contained in the client library inherit the locked property value from the parent.

- if inherited property is set to "Yes" the opposite case applies and current user is unable to edit locked definitions being prompted an alert message stating so, except when user has SuperUser rights.
Super User right
Each user belongs to a user group and each user group has a set of rights. The superUser right can be selected from the userGroup editing dialog under RUL section.
If the "Rule Factory Master" right is selected and all its required functionalities, then the user belonging to this group will have full editing wrights on rules definitions.
