Currently it is possible to use a Roster Activity Action on a crew member, with a reference activity that is not available to that particular crew member, and then nothing happens. Expand "My Company Documents" with the following:
- It must be possible to define through a setting to open the “My Company Document" page as first page anytime there is a pending document to be read. This must work both on cloud, earth and fire in different ways. Additionally, it should be possible to block any further browsing if a pending document exist.
- It must be possible to upload/link pdf documents with one or two pages of relevant information.
- It must be possible to copy/download a copy of the log.
My Company Documents now enables the user to upload pdf documents to a file Database (Needs configuration by Aviolinx).
CompanyDocuments is now available to force the crew to confirm with the same logic as an revision by adding Company Documents in setup:
The Crew Member will then get prompted when logging into RAIDO Fire if there is an unread document, and if the document has been marked as "Must Confirm", the crew cannot proceed to MyRoster unless confirming.
The user group that should be able to upload Company Documents needs to have these user rights configured:
