If an instance happens that 2 people have the exact same time stamp when picking up from TradeBoard, the one who is processed first should get assigned while the other should get a denial without any errors. | If multiple crew pickup the same trade offer from TradeBoard/SAP Tradeboard, only one gets assigned(if legal) and the other get denied with a descriptive message. |
