The roster row is not reloaded correctly when a user proceeds to do more roster changes immediately after saving the previous changes (visible to user as refresh issue).

The crew view in the roster gantt is sometimes not reloaded after saving. It occurs occasionally if a crew planner performs an action before the gantt refresh that reloads the HR data is done updating (after the database save and legality re-calculation is complete). 

We have corrected the issue that caused roster gantt refreshes to sometimes not work correctly, when the user continued to work on a human resource immediately after performing a save of the roster.
